Whichever you use, please be sure your Email address (if you have one, that is) is clear and correct so we will be able to get in touch with you if there is any problem.

Overseas and Canadian customers might want to check out our Overseas Ordering Page, for tips and cautions.

Please note that, when multiple books are ordered, we usually ship them in several packages to take advantage of Priority or Global Priority rates.

Please don't ask us for Overnight or Courier Service unless it is really essential. Many customers casually ask us to send books that way, then squawk when they get the bill - sending a single book to Canada by overnight courier can cost $50, and to other overseas destinations, as much as $100. Also, they may require an extra charge at your end for a customs broker since our books are merchandise.

So if you request any form of special handling, we'll Email you to confirm that you really want it, which will waste a day, then it may take another day for the pickup, with the result that the book will end up taking just as long to get to you as if we'd sent it right away by Priority Air.

NOTICE ABOUT OVERSEAS POSTAL RATES

The US Postal Service has recently consolidated all parcel service into one class, Priority International, which goes by air, and eliminated the surface option. The good news about this is that we can now ship anywhere outside of the USA for the same price, usually $11 one book, $15 for two and $22 for 3 to 5. (Canada and Mexico $9 one book/$12 two and $18 3 to 5). The bad news is that there is no cheaper option any more for larger orders of when one is not in a hurry.

We have had some reports of overseas customers getting hit with high import duties, CGTs, VATs or Customs handling charges. If this happens to you, please Email us to let us know, so we can work to find ways to avoid this in the future.
