(Priority Mail) $5 per book, $8/2, maximum $12 any number of books.
Canada
and Mexico (Global Priority Air) $10 per book, $13 for 2-3, $20 for
3-5 (depending on weight)
Overseas:
Priority International Air: $12 per book (mulitple book orders are usually
cheaper, typically $15 for 2 and $24 for 3-5).
If
you are sending payment by check or MO, please do not overpay. Because
of the way we process orders, we cannot refund small overpayments!
